Talk to a person
One address, read by people who work on the system. No ticket maze, and no chatbot standing between you and an answer.
What to include
Because every decision the system makes is version-stamped, we can usually reconstruct exactly what happened — but only if we know where to look. For anything about a specific trade or rejection, include:
- The account email you signed up with
- The symbol involved
- Roughly when it happened, and your timezone
- What you expected, and what happened instead

Where to look first
Most questions already have a written answer, usually a more precise one:
| If you are asking about | Start here |
|---|---|
| Whether the AI can trade on its own | FAQ |
| Why a trade was rejected or closed early | Troubleshooting |
| What a specific limit does and its default | Risk policy reference |
| How the performance fee is calculated | Billing |
| Credentials, isolation and certifications | Security |
| Setting up MetaTrader 5 | Connecting MetaTrader 5 |
Reporting a security issue
Use the same address, and please tell us before telling the internet. Test only against your own account — never another customer's. Details are on the Security page.
What we cannot help with
Some limits are legal rather than a matter of willingness:
- We cannot give financial advice. Not whether to trade, what to trade, what size to use, or whether a strategy suits you. We can explain exactly what the software does; the decision is yours, and if you need advice it should come from someone licensed to give it.
- We cannot act on your broker account. We hold no funds and cannot withdraw, deposit, or place a trade by hand on your behalf.
- We cannot recover a broker login. That is between you and your broker.

Before you trade real capital
Read the risk disclosure. Leveraged trading can cost you your entire deposit, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that it will not.
