How payment works

What you can pay with, when each charge is taken, what a failed payment does, and where your receipts are. Card details never reach us.

What you can pay with

Everything is priced and charged in USD. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank does the conversion and may add its own foreign-exchange fee — that fee is your bank's, not ours, and we never see it.

  • Credit and debit cards. Visa and Mastercard are accepted everywhere we sell. Other card networks are accepted in most countries and are shown at checkout if yours is one of them.
  • Wallets and local methods. Where our payment provider supports them for your country, additional options appear as buttons on the checkout page. The checkout page is the authoritative list — it is generated from your location, so it shows what will actually work rather than what works somewhere.
  • Bank transfer, for annual or invoiced arrangements. Not offered self-service. If card payment is impractical for you, contact us before subscribing and we will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it.

Where your card details go

Card details are entered on a checkout page hosted by our payment provider, not on this site. They are never sent to our servers and never stored in our database.

What we keep against your account is your subscription status, the billing period dates, and reference identifiers issued by the payment provider. No card number, expiry date or security code is stored by us at any point.

Why this is arranged that way

Card data that never enters a system cannot leak from it. Handing checkout to a specialist provider is the same reasoning that keeps your broker credentials out of the AI layer: the safest place for a secret is somewhere it was never copied to.

Nothing is ever taken from your trading account

Payment never touches your trading account. Fees are charged to your payment method, never deducted from your broker balance — we have no withdrawal rights on your broker account and cannot move money out of it.

This is worth stating flatly because it is the arrangement people most often assume is otherwise. We are not a broker, we hold no client funds, and the connection to your MetaTrader 5 account carries orders — not transfers. A performance fee owed on a profitable month is billed to your card like any other invoice, and your broker balance is untouched by us either way.

When each charge happens

When each charge is taken and how
ChargeWhen it is takenHow it is taken
Free trial (7 days)Never — nothing is charged during the trialNo card is required to begin
Monthly subscriptionOn the day you subscribe, then the same day each monthAutomatically, from the payment method saved at checkout
Performance feeAfter the billing month closes, only if that month ended profitableA separate invoice with its own checkout link — the amount changes every month, so it is not a standing charge

The subscription is a recurring charge and renews on its own. The performance fee is not: it is calculated once the month is closed, and because the amount depends on that month's net profit it is issued as its own invoice rather than a fixed recurring line. Billing, trials and invoices covers how the amount is worked out.

Tax

Any sales tax or VAT required for your country is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you confirm. The total on the checkout page is what will be charged.

If a payment fails

Cards expire, banks decline cross-border charges, and neither means anything is wrong with your account. What happens depends on which charge failed:

  • A failed subscription renewal puts the subscription into a past-due state. New proposals stop being generated until the payment succeeds.
  • An unpaid performance-fee invoice has a grace period of 3 days from the day it is issued. Inside that window nothing changes and the system keeps running normally. Past it, the account loses entitlement and proposals stop, exactly as with a past-due subscription.

Stopping proposals is not the same as closing positions

A lapsed payment stops the system proposing new trades. It does not close anything you already have open, and those positions stay your responsibility. Do not treat a billing problem as an exit — close positions yourself, or leave them to the stop-loss and take-profit levels already resting at your broker.

Paying the outstanding amount restores entitlement. Nothing needs to be reconfigured and no history is lost.

Receipts, invoices and changing your card

Every charge and every invoice is listed by month in the billing section of the console, with its receipt. That list — not this page and not the pricing page — is the authoritative record of what you were actually charged.

The payment method on file is changed from the same place, through the provider's own hosted page. If a charge on your statement does not match an invoice in the console, tell us; that is a bug and we would rather hear about it from you than not at all.

Cancelling and refunds

The subscription is monthly and is cancelled from the console — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period. What cancelling does, what happens to the remainder of a period you have already paid for, and when a refund is due are all set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
